The\u00a0KEMROC KR\u00a045 hydraulic drum cutter attachment<\/a><\/strong>, mounted on a\u00a0CASE CX80 excavator<\/a><\/strong>, delivering controlled, low-impact rock excavation\u00a0and profiling\u00a0in an urban environment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project involved cutting limestone with a compressive <\/strong>strength of around 40<\/strong> <\/strong>to 50 MPa (5,802 psi<\/strong>)<\/strong> in profiling tunnel walls to a cutting thickness of up to 50 cm<\/strong>. Precision and structural control were essential to avoid overbreak and protect surrounding infrastructure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
